2013 Oasis advertisement boost of 2 exhaust Ts with the ability to change from a compact to an ultra wide exhaust T for better bubble dispersion...HOW? You cannot even change the tee its lpart of the Reg.
If so, that so called extended Tee does not come with the box the regs in, Ive seen the box it come with and there is no extra extended Tee. If that be the case, it does not seem as if any Dive shop knows about that accessory. How do you get it?
But I have seen this reg and looked it over. Its not like the old school blizzard, or brut. There is not screw to take out in order to remove Tee
You are correct. All the new models seem to have the same look. I just dont get how the advertisement brags about haveing two T exhaust with the ability to change from compact to an ultra wide exhaust T for better bubble dispersion. Its klind of misleading. I truly appreicate all you help though. Thanks
Does tha Sherwood Oasis work with nitrox or mixed gasses? I want to use the Sherwood Octo SR2 and I see that it works to 40% Nitrox mix so I want me primary regularor to also be able to accept Nitrox. Thanks, Hugh
If you’re a warm-water diver who gets that awful feeling of dry mouth, you are going to love the Oasis. Sherwood has exclusively developed two, second-stage moisture-retention fins for the Oasis that keep your mouth cool and comfortable all-dive long. Oasis also features:
Sherwood’s unique dry first stage.
A Wisdom® mouthpiece comfortably eases the bite needed to hold the regulator, reducing jaw fatigue.
Sherwood’s exclusive baffled-and-extended exhaust tee reduces bubble size and moves them out of your line of vision—also reduces regulator bounce and jaw fatigue.
Two primary-flow ports that boost outlet pressure to the second stage for easier breathing.
Sherwood’s patented, moisture-retention fins that reduce dry mouth and allow you to direct air flow and optimize breathing characteristics to match any dive condition.
