I went diving last year in the night and I rented a light,I had it attached to my go pro but the light gave me a bright spot in the middle of the video, that is a hot spot I think ,does this light have that spot? The Hollis for $250 does not have it how about the sealife sea dragon?
Hello Frank, this light has a 76 degree wide beam. If you are looking for a focus light. Then take a look at the http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-31/026912/Hollis-L.E.D.3-Backup-Dive-Torch-Light.html. The Hollis has a 8 degree hotspot for focus light.
Hi - taking a trip to Cocos Island and will be doing night dives, so Im looking for a good, small-ish primary dive light. I was considering the Sea Dragon Mini 600 and the UK SL4 e.LED L1. Do you have a recommendation as to which light I should get? If there is another brand/model you recommend that is in that same price range...feel free to let me know your thoughts.
