Hello Susan, the housing is 5", blade 4" and total length when open is 9".

My Armor Adventure Titanium Scuba Dive Knife Style ID: 3008T came today! I opened it. Cool blade. Now how in the heck do I get it to close? I have owned a few swiss army knives and collapsable handy-man universal tools, and usually its not too difficult to close the blade. This knife is a mystery, and, for now, it is stuck permanently open! Please advise. Thanks ~ Ingrid Carlson

You need to press on the back of the handle were there is a metal section. As you press it will release the blade. So press and start to fold the blade.
