The Cressi is a great knife, sharp out of the package with a serrated edge that has a lot of cutting power. I keep the knife on my belt rather than use the ankle straps - works great. It does need a fresh water wash after each use or it will rust. I love it -

the knife is everything you need, just rinse it and often spray it with rust-proof lube. the straps that it came with were too short for my calf had to put both of them together for one and use an old strap for the other. it would mount nicely on a weightbelt.

This knife is good for occassional uses. I have a much sturdier knife that is used for my grunt work , but this is one that I am not affraid to break or lose. Its my second string defensive lineman.

looks good, has a sharp edge, however one of the 2 I purchased started showing rust pits shortly after the 1st dive.
