i searched the internet extensively before picking this rash guard, and have been very happy with my purchase. I wore it diving and kayaking as well as canyoning (rapelling through 4 waterfalls) without getting sunburned, and it gave me that extra bit of warmth I need sometimes diving even with a 3mm wetsuit. It is comfortable and looks nice.
