I use this instead of a wet suit in warmer water. It is comfortable and does a great job keeping my gear from chaffing me or me from getting cold. When I first got it and put it on I thought it was way too small and almost returned it, but once I got in the water, it fit perfectly and was comfortable. It is comfortable enough to wear during a surface interval, but probably too constricting for longer than that.

I used this skin on a recent dive under a 4/3 suit in 70 degree water. It was the talk of the dive boat. The skin is very comfortable and gives me an extra layer to keep the chills away on questionable days. I had been diving 2 wks prior in a 4 suit and could not stay warm. This is a perfect answer - highly recommend it!

Sizing chart for Oneil is too conservative. Order the next largest size for a comfortable fit.

I use this product as thermal layering with my wet suit or just when swiming. I love it, it great. I dive and in swim in 72degree F water.
