Rating: AWESOME Titanium gloves

Got these as a new scuba diver. Very flexible, not to bulky. Would recommend to a friend! Scuba.com has been there for a few of my orders and will keep coming back to them. Great customer service! AL

Awesome gloves. Super tough, great grip, keeps the fingers warm from the first minute til the end of the day. They never slip off. A must for Northern Ca. surfing.

Questions and Answers for Hyperflex by Henderson 5mm Access Titanium Surf Gloves..:

  • Jez:

When choosing a surfing glove, if most of the surfing is done on the eastern shore of US, do I buy 3mm or 5mm? Its a gift and I dont have a clue!

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Jez, depends on the water temp. if you are in water 75 degrees then go with the 3mm. If you are in water colder then 75 degrees then go with the 5mm. If you have any other questions or would like to place an order please feel free to give us a call at 1.800.347.2822.

  • lynn:

How do you know what size to order. My son is about 511" and weighs 165 lbs. Thanks!

Bob  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

A handy little trick I learned some years ago in another industry mates your shoe sizes with your glove size. It's not perfect, but in most cases a shoe size 7-8 would be a small, 9-10 a medium. 11-12 a large and 13+ an XL glove.

  • Rose:

i live in nh and swim year round (wherever i can find open water). have neoprene gloves/socks/diving boots, but want something that will keep hands and feet warmer longer, either alone or paired with liner. looking at hyperflex by henderson what do you think?

Bill  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

You can add the LavaCore socks will add warmth for the boots. For your hands the thicker the glove the more warmth. 3mm is typically ok for swimmers.
