Is this item soley for sun protection? Im looking for a wetsuit top to keep my son a little warmer. Hes very skinny and gets very cold in the pool. Rash guards make him colder so I want to make sure this is a wet suit top. Thanks!!

If used by snorkelers and surfers while on the surface, they will chill due the breeze of wind. We recommend a neoprene 3mm Barrier Front Zip Wetsuit Vest by Body Glove.
