Hello Karen, if you get cold easy, then no this will not keep you warm. You are going to be looking for something that is 3mm or thicker.

Im looking for something to take the chill off while doing laps in the pool. Cant seem to keep my core temp. up in order to finish workouts. A friend had a Body Glove long sleeve top that she said helped with that. It was 1 mm in thickness, neoprene, gray, and said thermo something on the lower left hip area. Is this item similar to that? Suggestions?
