The Aqua Lock gives you peace of mind about haveing a full range of motion while underawater. I was a little dissapointed when I turned left or right the hood would pull out a little. But, after seeing other divers hoods coming outin the back and mine would just bunch up a little while trying to come out...I was impressed. Very warm as well and I never noticed the 53 degree water I was diving in. I would like for Henderson to make the rubber "aqua lock" a lot bigger o wider so it would grip more for those of us who are more active underwater so when we turn our head you know it is not moving at all. Definitely reccommend this hoodie to everyone.

Rating: Dive hood for winter whitewater kayaking.

I live in upstate NY and whitewater kayak year round. A dive hood under my helmet that has stretch flexibility is important. The 3MM Hyperstretch provides the perfect mobility. Mostly you remain out of the water, but must still be prepared if things dont go exactly as planned.
