Rating: An Excellent Hood
Reviewer: Tom H.,  - View all my reviews
Ive already used this hood on several dives in 60 degree water, and it great. I expect to be diving in <60 degree water all winter, and Im confident this hood is up to the task. Great price, and super fast delivery too.

Rating: diving hood
Reviewer: AceŽa Weber,
This diving hood was cheap and fit very well. I was very pleased with how it stayed tucked in by the neck the whole dive. I also found it to keep me very warm and Im diving I Colorado. I would tell friends about this hood by XS.

Keeps the back of your head and your neck warm but the hood is more thin around the face which causes your face to freeze. Probably a good hoob for warmer water but for cold cold water would recommed a hood with consistant thickness around the face.

Rating: cool weather dive
Reviewer: Randall Trenholm,  - View all my reviews
On the 15 of Oct 09 we completed a checkout fresh water dive in Clear Lake Manitoba. The weather was in the minus in Celcius and snowing. The water temp was about 8 or 9 C. The others wore dry suits and I went wet. I put in 30 min dive time and about another 45 min boat time. I never even had a chill. We are looking towards another set of lake dives for mid Nov and I will be diving both wet and dry. The Titanium Hood kept my ears comfortable. Randall

Rating: 6mm Titanium Hood Review
Reviewer: John G.,
I used this neoprene hood right away in the lake when the water temp was 49 degrees Fahrenheit. I worked very well, and although not a dry hood, it did keep mostly all of the water sealed out. This is a result of proper sizing I suppose. Overall, this item worked great! I will be using it all Spring until the water warms up a bunch....

Rating: XS Scuba 6 mm Titanium Diving Hood
Reviewer: Aldis L.,
Material was just right for quarry diving, 60 degree water. Easy to pull back during surface time, stitching could have been finished better, but overall a great value.

Rating: Good light duty hood
Reviewer: Michelle H.,  - View all my reviews
I dive in the minnsoat where the watre is pretty cool in the fall. THis hood worked well in september and most of october but I suspect I will need to upgrade to a full 7mm soon. It is a good light duty hood where the water is 45 to 60 degrees.

The hood does not fit as well as I expected. However it does cover the intended area and is very comfortable.

Rating: Awesome hood!

I dive often in the frigid water of British Columbia and also often dive in glacier lakes and river and my head has never been so warm! Great buy for the cold water climates!
