Unfortunately the hood came in too small. Acording to the size chart it should have taken a medium but I needed a large. No time to return it. I attempted to modify it but to no avail. Wound up discarding it. Of course that doesnt mean that the Hood wasnt good just next time I order one Ill order the next larger size.

Rating: Hood warmth and comfort

Comfort was actually my goal. This hood provided that by being able to cut the face part of the hood to shape your face. The face part of the hood was pressing against my bottom lip, so I cut to shape and now it fits perfect and the warmth and comfort is making my dives more enjoyable. Thank you. John M.

I am a white water kayaker that boats year round. This head neoprene was just what I was looking for. It kept my head TOASTY warm even while rolling my boat in January. The sizing chart is a little off though. They fit a little tight. I recommend this product. 4 stars is because sizing chart is off.

This was for my son. I had to exchange it for the next size up (Xsm to sm). He is only ten. According to the chart he should be a certain Xsm, but it was far to tight when we got it. The exchange was no problem. scuba.com handled fast and without problems.

Like custom made. The fit to the face is comfortable. The band on the neck fits nicely with the glideskin (or whatever) in my semy-dry suit. Easy to don. Good buy, good price.

Best hood I ever had! The neck is flexible and easy to turn my head so there is no lost visibility. When the water is cold, my head is the last place to feel it.

I give this product a 4 out of 5 star rating. Fits nice keep my head warm, in all but the worst of conditions. It could have a tiny bit more flexibility though
