Rating: Dive Gloves

Nice gloves overall. The little finger was a bit long and they have already started to tear. I catch alot of lobster and scrape against alot of barnacles, so it is to be expected. I was hoping they would be a bit more tear resistant, but they are probably as good as any other glove Ive had.

Rating: Good for the low price

These gloves kept my hands warm in water that was in the low 50s for at least 45 minute intervals. They were a little cumbersome, but I would imagine any five millimeter gloves would be. Dont expect to manipulate fin strap releases with them on. Very good gloves for cold water.

Rating: Perfect gloves!

I routinely dive in an acquarium "blue hole" where the water temperature has averaged in the mid 50s in the winter. These gloves keep my hands WARM....and...the fish
have a harder time trying to eat my fingers! GREAT purchase!

I used the 5MM gloves for the first time off Rockaway Beach, NY, on November 18 and 19. They were flexible, comfortable and warm in water between 50 to 55 degrees. Honestly, my hands were never cold.

I dive in water that averages 60 degrees. The 5mm scubamax gloves give me a full hour without getting uncomfortable. The elastic velcro wrist-wraps are very easy to apply. The palms are tough enough to handle some digging around rocks without wearing out. I will buy another pair of the same when I need to replace them.
