My friend and I used the height and weight scale to purchase two pairs of gloves. A S and an XS. Both were a size to small - fortunately we only needed them for one dive on our trip and we were able to squeeze them on enough to do the wreck dive. Definitely buy a size bigger than what it says.

Very snug fitting, v. little water entry, comfortable and not cumbersome. Dry reasonably quickly.

Great glove. A little stiff at first, after about 5 dives, they felt fine. Hard to get on when wet though.
