Just returned from a dive trip to San Salvador, Bahamas. Loved the dive bag and it survived the airline abuse just fine. Very secure with the outside straps that can cover the zipper pulls.

I need a bag that will hold 3 sets of dive fins, 3 masks boxes and 3 3mm shorties. Will this bag do that?

Should hold that list of gear. As long as the item is not used with wet gear you have up to 60 days to refund or exchange it.

Is the Akona 10lb roller bag collapsable to fit under a bed on a liveaboard?

No it isn't, not by design although it is a soft side bag, so it does compress down quite a bit. The issue would be the base. The bag has a hard plastic base that won't collapse and is about 8 to 10" tall.
