Rating: Good travel bag
Reviewer: Etien Staroscik, Sunday, April 12, 2009
pros - this is a good bag for traveling with your gear. you can take your gear carry on which is great and no one should be without wheels. cons - this bag holds the bare minimum of stuff. i was able to get my fins, mask, snorkle, bc, reg and some basics like ear s in, but i didnt have room for anything else. my wetsuit traveled in my suitcase which is fine for going out, but coming back you better have a plastic bag because its most likely going home wet.

Rating: Perfect Fit
Reviewer: JON HALL, Saturday, April 11, 2009
This carry on was exactly what I was looking for. If you just need to carry your basic gear, it may work for you. On recent trip I was able to pack into the main pouch 2 full wetsuits, 2 masks, 2 snorkels, 2 boots, 1 hood, 1 light, and in the fin pouch 1 pair of fins (Tusa split fins.) Could have crammed a few other small items in main pouch. Also carried a can of tennis balls on the outside where tight drawstrings held it in place (there are 2 of these.) Could have made use of smaller vented, outer pouch for book, plane tickets, gloves, etc. Material bag is made of is very durable and zippers are well constructed. The only thing exposed were the tennis balls. Great thing was that the bag EASILY fit in the overhead storage on plane. If not for carrying my wifes gear, I believe I could have packed mine and most clothes needed for the trip we took (1 week in FL with one swim with the manatees.) Only problem I noticed was if rolling the bag, backstraps drag floor and can get in the way of the wheels. I will remedy this by my next trip in June by using Velcro to hold the straps out of the way. Also must include I couldnt beat the price of Scuba.com for this bag at the dive shops, even before the 10% member discount.

Rating: Great bag!!
Reviewer: April H., Sunday, January 04, 2009
My husband and I both have one and we use them to carry our regulators on the plane with us. Our regs fit wonderfully and we have lots of room for other important items as well. When we reach our destination, the bag is great for carrying, or rolling, our gear to the dive site or boat.

Rating: Excursion Roller Backpack Carry On Black/Slate
Reviewer: Terrence M., Tuesday, October 21, 2008 - View all my reviews
The back pack worked out great. It held 2 sets of fins in the fin pocket, allowing my wife and I to pack both of our gear into the bag. Which was importand as we took the bag on tour excursions as well as carried it onto 4 seperate flights. Only once were we questioned by TSA about having a 2nd carry on. Once I explained to him that it was considered a personal bag not a second carry-on and showed him the back-pack straps he backed right down.

Rating: light weight scuba equipment bag
Reviewer: Dale C., Sunday, October 05, 2008
I have just taken this product to the dive site for the first time and it is really fantastic. with the rollers and handle it is easy to roll to the car and it is surprisingly roomy. It will handle all my basic gear including regulator, kit box and first aid kit mask snorkel and booties. In fact it handles everything but my BC and wetsuit. The most unique feature is the fin pouch with and extended section above the bag that will retract into the bag when not in use for fins. This then makes another small zipper pouch for when it might be used for a carry on flight bag. The only "short"coming is that the fin pouch is only 27" long and wont handle the longest fins. I love it.

This bag is well-designed and well-made. An excellent way to carry-on all of your dive equipment when you fly!
