Rating: Awesome Product

This was great. I am so glad I replaced the old wrap up wax line with this shock line. I think I averaged twice as many shots. I had a larger take home as well. A trip to the Keys was definitely improved with this product. Go buy one. - Chris, Tampa FL

This item works great. I have it on a pneumatic spear gun. Can handle larger size fish with out breaking. Havent lost one yet. It goes on easy and stays on.

Rating: Great for knives

At 7 long, this makes a great knife lanyard. I can pull it from my shoulder strap and reach anywhere even with my off hand. No more lost knives!!!

I attached the shock cord along with additional line onto my spear gun and I got a shocking experience. It actually worked better than the original lanyard that can with my speargun. Thanks a bunch guys, it works great!

Rating: Review Trident Sea Springs Lanyard
Reviewer: Gregory Harding, Tuesday, September 19, 2006
Shipping was fast and accurate. As has been my experience with Scuba.com in the past - first rate!. I have used this product for close to 10 years as a lanyard attaching my spear shaft to my spear gun with no problems. This particular lanyard failed at the crimp when a speared fish made a relatively weak run. The crimp is certainly the weak point! I lost $100.00 worth of shaft, spear tip and related accessories. I recrimped the lanyard myself and actually double crimed it. Assuming no more problems, I will most likely purchase one again, but Ill make sure the crimp is good. Greg Harding (979)665-5013

The cord is strong, however the crimps and swivels should be higher quality.. Suggest recrimping before use.

The Trident Sea Spring Coil Lanyard is a real time saver on the bottom after a shot. You can quickly reload after a shot without having to where about coiling up loose line.
