This is a good product, the prewritten slates are handy too... they also can move out of the way so you dont lose writing space. It tended to slide around on my arm, which isnt the end of the world... I just kept pushing it back up. If you wear it on an arm with a watch, then it should stay put. Really handy spot to put your dive plan or navigation hints.

I just completed an advanced wreck diving course. The skills taught included how to surevy a wreck before attempting to penetrate. This useful tool is just what I need. The overlaping pages allows you to draw different levels or sections of the wreck and note points of entry and/or hazards. Anyone interested in wreck divning should purchase a dive slate and this is one of the better ones Ive used.

The wrist slate allows you to log several things on multiple pages. You can easily communicate with your dive buddy throughout the dive with the 5 pages available for you to write down information. Absolutely satisfied with this product.

This slate is working quite well, thank you. Up to when I purchased and received the slate, I used a clipboard with underwater paper. While the slate does not take lead pencil writing as well as the paper, it makes up for it with convenience and its low profile. Despite the advertisement, the attached pencil cannot be easily switched to accomodate left handers (I am one). Also, the wood/lead pencil swells upon submersion making it difficult if not impossible to remove from the holder. I had to add another pencil.

Multiple pages and stays out of your way on your forearm. Some people will still rather have a larger slade, especially for instructions, but it is perfect for my needs (short quick messages when hand signals just wont do).
