I bought one of these for my wife and one for myself. My wife loves hers. I like mine, but its really tight fitting on my head. I was not aware that "one sixe fits all" would use elastic rather than a velcro strap, or a buckle and strap. The inside band is elastic, and is sewn into the hat. It will only stretch so far, and its tight enough on my head that it gives me a headache.

This cap was what we were looking for. It is a "one size fits all". There is no way to change the sizing, but the men in my family were pleased with the purchase.
