Lets face it, no fin in the world will make you a better diver if you are not in shape. That being said, there are fins that can make it easier for you to move through the water and force fin extras are definitely one of them. Also, these fins a one of few that can fit a DUI rock boot comfortably. Initally, they take a little getting used to because you dont feel their resistance like other fins. But even with a drysuit in a current or say moving concrete moorings, these fins provide more than enough power and speed to get the job done. The low resistance/high frequency kick with these fins is much more comfortable and more efficient than the high resistance/low frequency kick needed with traditional fins. Dont believe me, try them for yourself. If you dont like them, return them. Only downside? Price.
