I bought two of these, one for my BC and one for my backpack that I use for spearfishing. Just wish I had found these before as they work GREAT. Id just keep an eye on the people on the "fancy" dive boats that change out your tanks so they know not to overtighten them.

This simple to install accessory is an excellent addition to anyones scuba pack. Remove the old tank strap and feed the Bio-Tank lock thru the backpack and it is installed. Slice the strap over the tank and tighten and a you have eliminated tank slip. During a recent resort dive trip, the only problem I encountered was explaining how to properly tighten the lock. Since I always check my own gear, this was not a major problem. If tank slippage is your problem, this is well worth the money.

This thing is great and well worth the price, Ive had no problems with it what-so-ever. Its easy to put on, and gets 10 times tighter than i could ever get my standard BC strap. It slid right over my rental tanks this weekend without any adjustment from the setting of my own tank. Buy this, youll never worry about a slipping tank again.

This is the second Bio Lock I have purchased. I have one for each of my B.C.s It is so easy to set up and tighten. Never worry about strap slippage as the spring keeps the tension on at all times. I love the softness of the strap as well. It allows for a much flatter package in you suitcase. Highly recommended!

Havent got to use it yet but the sale was great. It was shipped very promptly and arrived much sooner than I expected.

The lock itself looks like it will work well although I am concerned that dive operations will try to tighten it too tight. The instructions say to leave a 2 mil gap so we will see. It also doesnt have as much play when it is loosened so it make it a little harder to get on and off the tank.

I had a tank start slipping during a previous dive. It will never happen again with this tank strap. It is an extremely secure fitting strap that gives you reassurance your tank is fasten properly.
It took a little bit of time setting it up at first, but now that its on, its a snap. Just a few twists, and Im all set. Very cool.

It took a little bit of work to replace the strap on my BC, but thats going to differ from BC to BC. Once I got the lock dialed in on my tanks, it was a breeze to use. I simply make about 5-8 turns of the knob and my tank is tightly in place.

The Bio-Tank lock is a perfect replacement for the standard BCD tank strap. It was easy to install and functions much easier then cam-strap on my BCD before. Everyone should purchase this item to replace and upgrade their current tank strap.

This product is difficult if you have two different size tank diameters. I also had to remove the protective plastic mesh from my tank due to the strap catching on the ends of the mesh.
Other than those two issues, this is a great product. It makes the tank very secure, and it is easy to change tanks if the tanks are the same size.
