Excellent fins for training & helps keep good kicking form from the hips with the shorter fin length. Good snug fit & feels more like your natural feet so no a big change in your swim tempo when you swim without them!

These are the perfect length and fit. They have improved my stroke and increased my overall fitness by balancing my workout across my upper body and legs. This is the first time I have had fins that do not chafe or cause blisters, partly because the heel hits lower than other brands. I am 60 years old with minor aging issues, but swimming a mile a day is a joy with these fins!

They are great for lap swimming. They work they thigh muscles especially. I find myself going 4 extra laps because of the fins. I recommend them for the lap swimmer in mind. Suzanne Bischoff

I wear a size 13 in the close-out henderson no-zip hard-sole booties and the XL Mares Raptor closeout dive fins which both just make it. All the XL diving footgear i have ever had just barely fit on the snug side. In a milspec jungle boot I wear 11 EW or 11 1/2 W. In the Z2 fins do I go with the 11 - 13 or
14 - 15?

Hello Tim, if you wear a size 13 Henderson boot. Then you would wear a size 13-15 in this fin. Going by your questions you should have no trouble wearing them.
