These are great little fins to help get your legs in shape and for general excercise too. One thing to keep in mind is that the sizes run incredibly small, like several sizes too small. Otherwise they are of great quality and perform just as well.

I am a boys and girls high school coach and these fins are excellent! I use them everyday in my own swim workout and they dont hurt my feet at all like other fins in the past. I like them so much that I am doing fundraisers this month to raise enough money to purchase them for all my 60 swimmers. I strongly believe the fins will help them with strengthening their legs for competitive swim meets. I cant wait to give them out!

I bought these fins for exercise use in a small in-ground pool. They are excellent! They provide just enough resistance for greater calorie burn. They are also small and light weight, probably would be good for travel and snorkeling.

This product fulfilled my needs perfectly. I have never swam with fins before, and these fins are a size that I can easily maintain control and learn this new skill more effectively. They also create a great resistance workout.

The Cressi Swim Fins are ideal for swimming and strengthening all the leg muscles. The full foot is comfortable and non-irritating. I love them!

My 11 year old son uses these in the wintertime in the pool to build up his legs for diving in the summer. they work great for him since he is overweight, this helps him alot

these fins are awesome. they are great for working out your legs. the best thing about these fins is that you are siwimming a lot faster than anyone without them.
