Questions and Answers for XS Scuba 80 Cubic Foot Aluminum Tank:
Don:
Hello,
Im wondering if there is a mistake in the buoyancy specs for this Al80 tank. It shows a weight of -1.4lbs for a full tank and a weight of -3.4lbs for an empty tank. Should that read just the opposite?
Also, is it possible to substitute a DIN valve for the yoke valve? Paying the difference is not a problem.
Thanks!

:
Most Aluminum Cylinders become buoyant as they get close empty. The best way to order the cylinder with a different valve is to contact us directly at 800-347-2822.
David:
The description indicates this cylinder loses buoyancy as you use it. This is obviously incorrect, so what ARE the correct specs?

:
The empty weight should read 3.4lbs not -3.4lbs.
