Questions and Answers for Hollis F2 Adjustable Strap Fins:

  • Rudy:

I have the old set of these fins, which I wear with a size 10 Roc boot. I would like to get the new set of F2 fins for tropical use. I wear a regular size 9.5 shoe. What size do you recommend?

Greg  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

I would wear the F2 Adjustable Strap Dive Fins Men's 10-12 (X Large). I believe the smaller size would cause your feet to cramp.

  • Dan:

Hi there, I wear an 8.5 US shoe. What size would you recommend in the Hollis F2 fins? Thanks, Dan

Bill  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Regular size will be the right size.

  • Nancy:

Have read reviews that the foot pocket is very large on the F2s. I am a woman and wear size 8.5 shoe. I wear a hard sole bootie for diving. Will the F2 fit me well?

Bob  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Even with the slightly more generous foot pocket, using a hard soled boot you should do okay in the Regular size fin.

  • Ed:

I wear an 11-11.5 shoe...i have hard and soft sole scuba boots....Would you recomment the x-large size...as i too have heard the boot is roomy. Thanks

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Ed, yes you are going to want the size XLarge 10-12.

  • Mike:

Most of my diving is via travel so size is an issue. What is the length of these fins in an XL size please? Thank you.

Bill  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

    About 22" and about 4lbs.
