Im a volunteer diver at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, diving in smaller areas. Not only do the Mantaray Fins allow for speed, take up much less room, but you dont even feel like you have fins on your feet. Ive never had better!

I really was not impressed with these fins. The good thing about these fins is they are nice and compact, that imparts a light weight as well. The not so good about these fins, calf fatigue for one, propulsion is limited, and all that contributes to greater air consumption. In calm water these fins still couldnt keep up with the rental fins my dive buddy had. He had forgotten his in the truck his wife drive off in. My usual fins can easily outperform the mantas, they are split fin. All in all, these fins dont live up to the hype.

These short little things really propel you for their size and length. They seem effortless in the water with a variety of strokes, snappy and responsive and very maneuverable. I recommend them over split or jet fins. I also have the mares x-stream and these out perform them and they are shorter, less exertion and less expensive! Just a side thought the buckle system that comes with the fins are garbage, if you buy these get the stainless steel spring quick release straps and these fins are golden! I rate the fins 5 stars but the straps they come with are horrible, so for that these get a 4 star rating/ in my book. Awesome fins, bad strap design.

Ideal travelling fin nowadays with restricted lagguage allowance. Easy to handle and quite effective in spite its size.

I recently purchased these fins and they worked great on my snorkeling trip to Hawaii over the Labor Day weekend. I figured that they would work just the same as the cheap ones that you could buy just about anywhere but I was wrong. They performed extremely well with less work. I am thinking about buying a pair for my wife in the near future.

Just took these fins on a trip to Roatan and they performed extremely well. The fins were very responsive with all various types of kicks. Unfortunately I did not get to feel their performance with strong currents but they definitely got me places quickly with minimal effort.

Purchased these fins for carry on travel to Mexico. Very light and great propulsion. I used them primarily for snorkeling. Would stongly recommend them to users with prior knee issues.

I bought these fins as a light weight travel fin for diving and snorkeling. Compact and Light they are great for travel and although I have not yet used them for diving they seem to have great power.

Provides the power I have become used to from my U.S. Blades and in much shorter fin. The fin size allows for easier wreck penetration and less propensity for silt out. Good product
