After seeing that this was the top rated BC by SCUBA Lab, I placed my order from Scuba.com and after a delay due to product availibility (I guess a lot of other folks read the same review), my BC arrived. It seems to be both well constructed and it is very nice looking. I cant wait to get it in the water in December when I head to Cancun with my wife for a winter getaway.

Reviewer: Dave Duke,
Cressi specifies this vest at 10 lbs. Actual weight for medium is 7 lbs, with virtually no buoyancy . Great travel BCD. Cressi was incredibly stupid by making the lower 4 D-rings too small for practical use. I replaced them with 3/16" S/S quick-links and now have a comfortable and easy to trim BCD. 20 dives in Belize and no problems.

Waist is the most important so I would choose the small.

Kevin:
Hello.
Im a little confused on the sizing chart. Im 511, 46" chest, 41" waist, 220 lbs. Your size chart differs from that at http://www.cressisubusa.com/easyUp/file/TblSizeChartJacket_2.pdf. According to your chart, Id be an XL for this jacket, by Cressi has me at a L. Which do you recommend?
Thanks,
Kevin

We apologize for the manufacturer's sizing charts being confusing at time. In a BCD the most important measurement will always be your waist measurement. You want the bcd to fit correctly around your torso
Kavin:
Im weigh 184 lbs, 40" chest, 510" tall and 34" waist, Is size M suitable for me?

Hello Kavin, going by your measurements I would suggest going with a size large. When you are sizing a BCD the two most important measurements are going to be your height and waist. Since you are 5'10" and 34 waist you want to have the adjustment in the shoulders and waist. That is for if you change thickness in your wetsuits/drysuit. So if you take your gear as you travel you my be wearing anything from your bathing suit to a drysuit. So you want to be able to adjust the shoulders and the waist to cover the different is the thickness of the material.
