Just took my new Matrix out for a spin in Grand Cayman, and even the Divemasters asked to play with it! It is easy to use, easy to navigate in and out of the water, and has great functionality. The PC software and docking/charging station are easy to set up and use. All in all a great wrist computer that has all the features a recreational diver will need.

I got the watch today.
and I upgrade firmware to 1.1.
After upgrading f/w and setting date time,
the watch was crash. Its no response.
The display time freeze on crash time. Its also no response when I push any button.

We are preparing to get our advanced open water certification and I feel that it is time for a computer/compass. I understand it is Mac compatible. Can the depth and temperature be converted from metric to standard(english) use? Does it have a time to fly feature? Also, how easy is it to use the compass for navigation, or should I purchase a separate compass as well?
