Usually the first to hit NDL. Second gas is nice if you want to use a deco gas. Easy to use and to see. Bottom timer if you are use tables or as a back up.

Are the two gass mixes listed 12%-50% and 21% to 100% in addittion to a standard air for a total of three gasses? When it says switchable between gasses, is this underwater switchable between air and two NITROX gas mixes?

Hello Tom, Thank you for your inquiry! The TUSA IQ-750 Element II Wrist Air / Nitrox Dive Computer gas mixes are included with the standard air (21% o2.79% N). And the dive computer can only be programmed for 1 gas mixture at a time and it CANNOT be changed “on the fly”, meaning you cannot change the program while underwater. http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-17/009247/TUSA-IQ-750-Element-II-Wrist-Air---Nitrox-Dive-Computer.html Please note: No dive computer can be changed while under water.
