Rating: Excellent!

I bought this as a backup to my existing Aeris Atmos II. I dont want to go on a trip and not be able to dive because my computer flooded, etc. It was in great condition, and it works exactly the same as my Atmos II. My wife just started using an Aeris as well, and she loves the simplicity. Too many computers require pushing a lot of buttons. You can see all of the critical factors that keep you safe in the water from the first screen. We are one happy 2-diver, 3 Aeris dive computers family!

Rating: LIKE NEW

This unit came basically like brand new! The unit functions just like I read several times on other reviews before I purchased it, but I wanted my review to state the condition of the "demo" model sold through Scuba.com I highly recommend this product if you want to save a few dollars. It is well worth it

This is the 1st dive computer I have ever owned, disclosing that I will say I will never dive without one again. The Aeris XR2 performed exelcent, the display was easy to read and buttons were easy to use. The XR2 is larger that I thought it would be and I must say that it is a little bulky, but I did not find that a problem when I was diving. When I purchased the XR2 I read the manual twice and played with the unit twice and felt very confident with it. I dove with the XR2 eight times and it preformed as expected every time. When I returned home I ordered the computer interface and uploaded my dives to my home computer, I would recomend the interface even though it is expensive. The XR2 is a very good dive computer for the price, the only reason I have for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a little bulky. I would recommend this dive computer.

The dive computer works great for me. It is easy to read and had all the functions that i was looking for. Scuba.com gave me by far the lowest price on it and i looked around for days. I will buy more products from them.

Rating: Great buy, easy to use but beware!
Reviewer: David S., Saturday, April 12, 2008
The Aeris Air/Nitrox Computer is compact and easy to use! Quick programing and accurate readings! When you switch to Nitrox you need to be careful about repetive dives as it resets to 50% each time! Not a biggie if you are using Nitrox each dive but if you switch to air inbetween and forget to re-program the Computer it wacks out as it resets to 50%! From everything I had read I was under the impression that the Computer automatically re-verted to regular air unless you set it for Nitrox! Not bad though as you only make that mistake once!

My Aeris XR2 Computer has been great. I can see the digits without my reading glasses and it has been easy to use.
