Average Customer Review: based on 4 reviews.Rating: Mares Mission Puck Air / Nitrox 3 Gauge Computer Console
Your description has a Mares air puck in this console configuration. The "AIR" in the title should indicate that this computer is Air Integrated. But, when I read the descriptions, I do not see confirmation that it is. Please confirm this information.
DOES THIS CONSOLE COME WITH A SAFETY STOP MECHANISM @ 15 FEET WERE ITS HAS A COUNTDOWN FEATURE?
If the maximum depth of a dive exceeds 30 feet (10 meters), a “Safety Stop” is activated for the ascent. PUCK suggests that divers take a 3-minute safety stop between 2.5 and 6 min depth (8 - 19 ft), and will display the word “SAFE”. A timer indicates the time needed to complete the stop.
Hi, Confused with your prices ; Mares Mission Puck Air/Nitrox 2 Gauge Computer Console is listed at $ 201.95. The same as above with 3 Gauge (compass added) is listed at $ 298.95 which makes sense However just below, the same computer (3 Gauge) "demo" is listed at $ 325 ? Im interested in the 3 Gauge but the demo being higher priced than regular is confusing. I would purchase it at $ 298.95 but need clarification,
I am interested in the Mares Puck 3 console but as I live in the Southern Hemisphere, Down Under, I would need the compase to be for this region ( thinks its region 4??) is that possible & also is the gauge avaliable in bar rather than psi? Thanks
The gauge is available in metric. Check out the mares mission 2 gauge console found here: http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-51/017065/Mares-Mission-2-Gauge-Console.html This console does not come with a southern hemisphere compass. So that will need to be purchased separately, one of the many options is the Sherwood Hose Mount Compass - Southern Hemisphere that you can find here: http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-15/016066/Sherwood-Hose-Mount-Compass---Southern-Hemisphere.html
I purchased the Mares Mission Puck Air/Nitrox computer. I see it has two pins on the back to connect to a computer. What cable do I need and how do I purchase it?
Hello Kathryn, that computer is a non-downloadable computer. The pins on the bottom of the computer are for firmware up-dates that the manufacture does from time to time. If you are looking for that cable you can find it at: http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-67/008230/Mares-USB-Download-Kit.html
