Rating: Dive Compressor
Reviewer: Mark Swenson, Friday, July 13, 2007
The Max Air 35 met or exceeded our expectations. And was in fact faster at filling dive tanks quicker than the large compressor at the Two Harbors dive shop. The motor is a bit noisy, so be kind to your neighbors.

this compressor is idea for your own personal use. easy starting, no hastle and user friendly. i would highly recommend this compressor for anyone who fills and uses 2 to 10 tanks of air per day. maybe the only down side would be that the unit is fairly loud so dont expect to fill in your back yard during late hours, your neighbours may not like it.

We are very satisfied with the compressor for delivering a timely and clear air fill. We use our compressor aboard a 28 foot sailboat in the Sea of Cortez. It is a bit bulkyfor our small boat but we constructed a storage box that keeps toes and feet from finding the compressor as we move about down below. (doubles as a seat in the cockpit when at anchor) It is important to factor in the expendables section in terms of use and cost. We recommend getting a few extra filters and some compressor oil, change regularly and consult the thermometer and manufacturers guide to determine the expected lifespan for the filters lest you find yourself with the inability to fill lots of tanks. Exceeds expectations in all!
