I did not use these weights on my ankles, due to the heavy currents on my last dive. I was dissappointed though, in that the sales person said it was 3 lbs. total, and it is actually 3 lbs. each weight, for a total of 6 lbs. I used them in my pockets since the size of the weight is long and the strap does not tie to a "small" anakle which most short females like I have. I would not reccommend these for small ankles.

These are useful if your legs tend to float up in salt water a common problem for women. They help in keeping you in the best position for diving. I use them to help me swim at the surface as I am an oprn water swimmer and they allowed a better kick. Very comfortable to wear. Super price ansd fast shipping

Ive never been so confortable in my life! This weight really made a huge diffrence from my last dives. The only drawback is that I had to tie a knot on the strap according to ankle diameter so clippers wouldnt slide, but other than that... perfect!

These ankle weights are very comfortable and the clips are easy to use. Wearing these has changed my attitude during diving because they keep my feet down where they are supposed to be. I highly recommend these for women. Roberta - Oregon

good weights but it wouold be nice if they whers longer and thinner in the main body. I cut and sewed the straps to streamline them somewhat.
