Belt is constructed of generally average quality material and will serve a beginning diver well. For the price the item will work fine for regular diving. The only area that needs to have care with is the zipper.

Very happy with our new weight belts. I didnt like the metal buckle, so I traded out the plastic buckle from my old weight belt. But, this was a very good value for the money!

So the pockets are fine, and it seems well made, but the strap was waaaaay too short. Couldnt fit it around my waist with my wetsuit on, and Im pretty fit (31" waist).
