why does the model 130-d sea breathe hookah that you sell on your site look so different from the one on the manufacturers site? also, you say the weight is 12 lbs, but they say its 25.5 lbs. yours looks much smaller than theirs and i like that its half the weight but im worried your ad might be wrong and just wanted to confirm. heres a link to the manufacturers site: http://www.seabreathe.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cpath=1&products_id=2
Many thanks to Darrick for answering my previous question. I would like to ask 2 follow up questions: 1. I really like this product but there is only 1 review at scuba.com and my queries to Sea Breathe at their website (www.seabreathe.com) a month ago has still not been answered. It will cost me a lot to buy/ship this to Singapore and I just want to be sure. Is the product/company still in production/operation? 2. if any part (e.g. regulator, air hose etc) is damaged, can it be easily replaced with any readily available diving parts or is it proprietory? Thanks to everyone for answering.
Not sure I understand why it costs $43.95 to ship the 1 person 12 volt unit and $23.95 to ship the 2 person 12 volt unit? Are any other regulators or equipment necessary to be considered a ready to use item?

Does this run on 12V DC or 110VAC?
Hello Vincent, this runs off the 12V DC like a boat or car battery. If you are looking for a unit that runs on 110 then you would want this unit: http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-152/031047/Air-Line-Model-Al-E160-Hookah.html#tabdesc.
These deck units are our most popular. Our high quality compressor in a robust case that is virtually un-breakable and air tight. Includes a soft blue hose bag with one side vented for easy drying. These deck units are easy to store and can also be used as a portable unit in a dingy.
NEW: While our standard units are already compact we are offering our Model 130-D and 230-D deck units with or without the case. Ordering these units without the case allows you mount or store the compressor in an even smaller area, perfect for those with limited storage on-board.
One clear advantage of Sea Breathe equipment is its eco-friendly electric battery-power source. Virtually silent and emitting zero-exhaust, it can be used almost anywhere and since there are no awkward tanks being carried, delicate reef damage is kept to a minimum. So, whether you’re relaxing among other boaters in a quiet secluded cove, or docked at a busy marina your Sea Breathe equipment is always welcome.
