Is the air from the floatable Hookah system with gasoline engine secure against aircontamination from the exhaust?

Brownies has been making these systems for a long time. The design on the intakes and the filtration system ensures clean, fresh breathing air. The air inlet tube is located and positioned in a way to allow the heavier exhaust gasses be directed down and away from the lighter fresh air.

Can you add an add a diver package to this and if so how far down can it support two divers?
