Beverage holders are a good addition to the railing system if your boat does not have drink holders in that area. Also nice they have a pivot point to keep the drink upright in rough seas. Size is large enough for drink "coozie" which is nice. Only down side is they stick out quite far and could break easily if hit too hard with leg or object.

i like that it is made of sturdy material and roomy enough to hold a beverage in a thermal holder. this adhesive type is better than the suction cup kind (that i got from another company), sooner or later the suction gives out the adhesive is still holding. the gimble style is also very functional on the boat.
