I bought these boots because I needed something with a heavy-duty sole for the rocks at the quarry. I was very happy with the fit of my other Deep See boots, so I stayed with the same brand, and I wasnt disappointed. Even with the heavier sole, they fit perfectly with my fins, and you dont notice any weight while swimming. They were a little tight across the instep when I first got them, but I do have really wide feet. So, I wore them around the house for a little bit with a pair or regular socks underneath, and it stretched them out perfectly. Id definitely buy the same boots again!!!

Rating: Deep See HD Boots a MUST for shore diving

The wife and I bought hard sole boots for our 2nd trip to Bonaire - We were extremely pleased, both in water and out. Comfort is great and holding together great after 20 shore dives all types of terrain (rock, coral, gravel) - No issues with footing, or fin donning & removal. You cant beat the price either. Met another couple diving at one site with same booties and a similar review.

Purchased these for my husband. He loves the thick inside cushion and thick sole of the boot. Wore them in Roatan and cant wait to use them in the rocky shore dives of Bonaire.

They were comfortable the first time putting them on and using the with the flippers and stay that way seems to be very durable

the boots have very good soles and are very comfertable. i would tell anyone else who asked what kind of boots to buy i would tell them to buy deep see manta heavy duty boots.
