Most all of my dives are at night in mid 50-ish waters off CA. These are well made boots. The sole provides non slip traction on a boat deck. The fin stop works well, nice reinforcement up the back of the boot (this is an area that I typically wear out). The Merino lining does make a difference, as this boot is noticeably warmer than others that I have used. The liner also allows the boot to slide on and off easier. I had to order one size larger to get a comfortable fit. Scuba.coms service is top notch, exchanging/returning was not a problem and shipping was fast.

Boots have come a long way over the years and these are no exception. Handy features include a guide to keep the strap on open heel fins in place and a strap on the back to help pull them on.

These boots are great! Very warm and fit your feet like a pair of tennis shoes. They provide super lateral support which is something I hadnt experienced in a scuba boot before. I really like them.
