Rating: max force retractor

I needed a strong retractor to hold an abalone bar. I have lost a couple of ab bars in the past and think I found the way to carry it. Hook it to the retractor on the bottom of my BC and tuck the bar under waist of the BC. The retractor holds the bar up tight to you if it falls out so you dont drag the bar around. I tried another and it hung down about 8-10 inches because it wasnt strong enough. Ive only tried this one once so far but it works perfect.
