Love this watch, very clear and easy to see face. Note, the date is too small and difficult to see. Also the wrist strap is too short if you planning on wearing it over a wet suit. Great daily use watch, Im happy with my Hammerhead

Great product. Arrived when they said it would. I have been wearing this watch every since I open the box and put it on my wrist. The dial is black and the numbers a easly readable even at night with a very bright lume. Also, the price was just right which did not break the piggybank.

Refering to other reviews: The watch was received as advertised. As stated, the watch band is too small to be worn over any wet suit/Dry suit. My wrist is small, an I am wearing it with only two openings left.

Great looking watch. Very simple and unique with the dive flag on the face. But as other reviews have stated, the strap is WAY too short to fit over a 7mm wetsuit, which is a standard suit if you are a California diver. There is also a clear plastic film on the back that would usually be taken off. But for anyone with nickel allergies, it seems to create a perfect invisible barrier between the metal and your skin.

First time Ive ordered through Scuba.com and I will NOT be the last. A very positive experience from beginning to end. Watch is excellent - very stylish yet very functional as well. The only problem is the strap is not quite long enough to fit around a 5mm wetsuit. Had to order another band so It will. Other than that a great looking watch.

I bought this watch as a gift for my boyfriend and he truly loves it... as a stylish and great watch. We have dove with it to a depth of about 85 feet without any problems... the only problem that arose, is that we both have neoprene suits. His wrists are an average size for a man, but once you double over the neoprene cuff, it is impossible for him to wear the watch diving. I was a little sad about this because I think I read an earlier review that was raging about the fact that the watch strap was so long... not long enough, I guess. He still loves the watch and wouldnt let me exchange it as he wears it everyday. My only advise would be to either get a longer watch strap and switch it, or to make sure that you have small wrists. Great deal for the price, just a little small with neoprene cuffs. Would still recommend it though. :D

Freestyle Hammerhead is a great dive watch at a very reasonable price! This is my second freestyle dive watch - first one lasted 10 years and many dives. 2 things I would caution about - or wish they would improve. The pin holding the clasp on to the strap is too small - watch can fall off easily if this lets go. Replaced with 1 size larger at a cost of $2 and now fine. If ordering in Canada be aware that $20 extra duty and long customs wait. Scuba.com delivered on time but it sat in canada customs for 2 full weeks! I highly recommend this item.

Rating: Very impressed - $400 features in a $100 watch

I was skeptical at buying a $100 watch that says it was rated to 660 feet for diving but after I got the watch, I dont take it off - wear it at work, camping, riding motorcycles etc.. The dials are easy to read and the glow in dark features are impressive. The backlight button feature is terrific at night. The band is very comfortable and has a length adjustment that works nicely on my bare wrist or over my 7mm wetsuit.
