What is the lift capacity? In "more about the product" it is written 22lbs, but the size of the SMB is stated to be 7x60...you said earlier the size is 9x75...then, what is the real lift capacity?
Thank you for your answer Arthur...but...Darrick previously answered: "Hello John, this has a 3" diameter when rolled up. This units full length is 75" long and has a 9" diameter."... Also, if it is written that 60x7 has 22lbs lift capacity, even if diametar is the same (7"), length is not the same...you said length is 75"...so definitly, higher volume for (15x7) can not result the same lift capacity... Can you please check the proper technical description for the unit, check the final dimensions, and the lift capacity? Thank you
did it have a reel with line included in that price?
Hello PJ, no this SMB does not come with a reel. If you are looking for a Zeagle SMB with a reel take a look at the: http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-5/004552/Zeagle-Quick-Deploy-Deluxe-Signal-System-with-Zip-On-Mount-Pouch.html.
What is the size in diameter of the tube when it is rolled up? Also, the more information section says it is 7" x 60" instead of the main pages 9" x 75".
A unique feature of the Deluxe Signal Tube is that the diver can fill the tube at depth by holding the open bottom of the tube over a regulator mouthpiece while the regulator is being purged. The air will enter the tube through a large Duck-bill valve at bottom. When the tube is sufficiently filled with air, the diver can release it to the surface (while tied to a line) a built-in Over Pressure Relief Valve allows the tube to ascend without rupturing. This way a diver can signal he will soon be ready for pick-up, without going to the surface immediately. There is also an oral inflate valve for surface use. Develops 22 lbs of lift in fresh water.
