Rating: Great Dive Float/Flag Holder

This is one of the best Dive Floats I have seen. My instructor has one and I knew I had to have one. You can carry extra weight inside the tube. It has a separate zippered pocket that I like to use for my keys. My instructor put his telephone in it and it didnt get wet, Im not sure I would do that however. We use the inside to carry any items we find while diving. For a little extra money, this seems to be the way to go. Its almost like you have a bag to carry anything you need, or find on the bottom.

large stable dive float. extra pocket for stowing flat items (wet notes, laminated items, rolled up dive flag, etc). very durable material dont get the cheap plastic/nylon covers as they will not last. i personally know someone that did and it didnt even last the first dive. mesh bottom for good draining. large size has plenty of room for anchor, and line. four sturdy handholds 90° apart. metal grommet for flag pole. only weak feature is the plastic ring on the bottom for the anchor line. i replaced it with a 2-1/2 stainless steel split ring. i do not use a standard fiberglass rod for the dive flag pole. instead, i bought a replacement bungeed tent rod kit and made a collapsing pole that is held together with 1/16" shock cord running down the center of the hollow fiberglass shafts. you can by a kit at many camping supply and sports stores.

i recently got this tube after seeing similar ones in a freediving class. i like the tube...i was a bit disappointed to find out later that it didnt come with the tube, so i had to add that to the orderand the flag and flag stand. but it is a nice bag and has a zippered pouch for items on top of itthis is nice for putting in ziplocked bags with our ids and keys and such...

this tube cover is the best that i have seen on the water. heavy main zipper, heavy top flap zipper, inner pocket, four edge straps, and loops for connecting a shoulder harness. the center of the bottom is mesh to let out water fast, and has a center ring to connect a mesh/game bag. materials are strong and will last longer than all other products available.
