Rating: Switching to TUSA EZ spring fin straps was the best move!
Reviewer: Mary E.
My first time using my new TUSA EZ fin straps was on a liveaboard safari in the Red Sea over Christmas break last week. I was thrilled with them. They make getting in and out of my fins so easy now. And I have my old straps for back ups. I use the new straps on an old pair of TUSA Xpert Zoom fins. 5/5 stars!

Rating: Perfect for my TUSA Xpert fins

Even though I received free spring straps with my Xpert Zoom purchase, I still bought these TUSA ones because they are much better quality and provide much greater ease of use. Very easy to put on and take off fins, especially in the water, with these great straps. No problems and highly recommended!

Rating: Great straps
Reviewer: Jonathan E.
Purchased a pair for my Tusa Z3 X-pert split fins. They do seem to run large, i got the Med size for my L fins and my size 11 feet, and there is just barely enough tension on the springs with my booties on. I fear the Small size would have been too tight. Super simple to attach, just remember that you have to disengage the straps from the buckle if youre going to remove the old buckle. You can also just snap the spring straps into the old buckles, they look identical.

Simply good to have for your fins. Easy to slip in and out of. Keep the ones that come with the fins in your save-a-dive kit,

Questions and Answers for TUSA EZ Spring Fin Straps:

  • Tony:

I have the TUSA Z3 X-Pert Zoom Adjustable Strap Fins size 7-10. Im a size 8-8.5 depending on the manufacturer, but bought size 9 boots. One review mentioned these run a little big. Just wanted to ensure size medium in thest spring fin straps is what I need?

Bob  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

The size medium will be the correct size to go with that fin even with the slightly larger shoe size.

  • Kate:

Would these work on scubapro jet sports? If not, what spring straps would work?

Bob  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Yes they will. The Tusa Spring Straps use a generic attachment similar to the majority of fins on the market.

  • Lolet:

Im size 8.5 and I use boots with my fins what straps should I order

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Lolet, if you have a size large fin you are going to order the size large in the strap. So whatever size your fins are then you are going to order that size in the straps.

  • Cory:

Do these fit most fins with quick release clips/buckles? And how does sizing run on these?

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Cory, these will fit most brands out on the market today. As for the sizing you want to order the same size as your fin. If you would like to place an order or have any other questions please feel free to give us a call at 1.800.347.2822.

  • carlos:

I have the TUSA X-Pert size medium –large using a 11 size bootie which spring should I purchase my size is 10 it was a little uncomfortable there is not half size went for size 11

Bill  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

The strap needs to be snug, but also comfortable. Going up one size should be fine.

Bill  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

For a size 11, large on the spring strap. As long as the item is not used in the water you have 60 days to refund or exchange it.

  • mark:

I own a pair of Aqualung slingshot fins size regular and was wondering if these would fit and if so which size would be best. thanks

Bob  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

The Slingshot uses a unique post size on their fin strap connection. According to the manufacturer these will not fit.

  • Mary:

Is this for a pair of spring straps or one strap?

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Mary, this is for a pair of them.

  • Mike:

Will these straps fit my SubGear Wake Fins?

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Mike, yes these would fit on your SubGear fins. You will have to replace both the strap and the buckles with the new set-up for them to work.

  • Barbara:

I know everyone is asking what size to get.. What is throwing me off is the guy who said they run a little large. You say to go with the size of your fins.. My Tusa fins are a medium and my boots size 8.. Want them to be snug so dont know if i should go small or medium.. What do you think??

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Barbara, the size medium is designed to fit the size 7-10. So I would suggest ordering the size medium.

  • Janet:

I have Tusa X-Pert Zoom fins, size xs-s and Henderson size 8 boots with the fin retainer heel. What size ez spring fin straps do you suggest?

Darrick  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello Janet, you would need to order the size small.

  • Matthew:

I have a pair of Tusa Tri-ex fins. Size 8-10. Most reference I have read reference the X-pert zooms. It appears the Tri-ex have been discontinued, so I just would like to confirm these straps come as a pair and the mediums will work with my tri-ex fins.

Arthur  (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com):

Hello, yes these fin straps would fit your fins. And yes you would want the mediums.
