Rating: Spring Fin Straps for Atomic split fins

These are solid and work great. I was concerned that the connection to the fin would not be secure. Im convinced these are as secure as the original buckles & strap - but much easier to put on.
Used them on boat dives with a bit of a swell, and then on a beach dive. These do the job. Easy on, easy off, keep the fins inplace. They do not appear to give at all while kicking so I think there is little or no loss of thrust.

Cant be beat for ease of use, durability and RELIABILITY. The OEM strap was time consuming and inconvienent to replace unless you bought an entire assembly. If this comes off you better catch the fish that took it so you can get your foot back.

Just bought new atomic fins and spring straps but im having a hard time installing new straps on the fins any sugestions the instructions are some what vauge .

Hello Jonathan, the easiest way would be to get a pair of cutters and cut the plastic pin in half. Then you will be able to install the new metal pin. If you have any other questions please feel free to give us a call at 1.800.347.2822.

No alteration of your fins are required. They will mate right up with the fins they were designed for.

They are sized sm, md, lg, xl to coincide with the sizing of the Atomic Fins. They are designed to be matched with the appropriate sized fin.
