No chances to know the exact size before its shipped. I bought a large size and end up too long . im wearing us size 8 shoe.

I had spring straps on my old fins (which are now hand-me-downs for my son)and really liked them,I thought I would just go without until the first dive in CA. it didnt take me long once I was home to order new ones that match my new fins, you know diving takes alot of equip. my not make it as easy as possible. I have Innovative spring straps for both a set of split fins, and paddles. They work great on both, and theyre a fraction of the cost of the OEM versions.

Works perfectly with my Mares Avanti Quattro. Used it in over 20 dives with strong current and NEVER came off. Removal and putting on of fins are a lot easier and faster compared to using the stock buckles. The spring straps are very easy to install. I believe that these straps will save me money since these will last me a very long time compared to traditional rubber straps. Will also save me the frustration of a broken fin strap during a dive.

These straps are nice if you are settled with a combination of boots and fins. if you change one or the other and the strap length changes, you may have a problem with sizing. The quality is great, though. I decided to stay with the old-style rubber straps, but I think the spring straps are more durable and would last longer.

These straps are great, easy to attach and easy to put on and off when getting the water.They feel real good on your boot,not to tight or loose,real snug. the Strap is well make and worth every penny, try it your like them. Joe Tamayo

These may not be the prettiest straps you can buy, but they are probably the most rugged. I think they will last for many years without any problem. Be sure to get the sizing correct.
