I recommend spring fin straps to all my students. It is simply so much easier and quicker to put the fins on and off, and they are sturdier than regular rubberizes straps.

Will these fits the buckle of Cressi Regular (Not Pro) Reaction Fins? If not, which alternative of the heel strap do you recommend?

Hello Mai, yes those buckles would fit on the posts of your Cressi-Sub fins.

Are these direct replacement for Apollo bio fins? Also I assume a size large will work for my size US 11 foot.

These will fit on the Apollo fins but are no the OEM. The Apollo spring straps are bolted to the fin and required cutting the stub off that the buckles attach to.

Is there a replacement part available to replace the rubber loop portion for when it breaks?

You might contact the manufacture to see if this would be covered under warranty. We do not carry replacement heel pads.
