A good boot. I think it would be fine for boat diving or beach entries across sand (like what Im used to). However Im living in Japan now and not Florida or the Caribbean (where the majority of my diving has been in the past). My first dive with these boots today was a shore dive. I had to walk and wade across rocks (the volcanic type) to get out to where the water was deep enough to start the dive. About 75-100 yards. Coming back was worse as now my feet (being soaked) had softened up. Despite the rough conditions the boots held up fine. I would recommend them as long as youre going to be walking across a relatively smooth surface. The boots are sized a little large. My size 9 boot fits my size 9 1/2D (shoe size) foot just fine. I think a 10 (which I considered because I didnt want to be cramped) would have been way to big. I was diving in 66 degree F water and my feet were fine. Plenty warm enough for me (course everyone is different (I was wearing a 3mm wetsuit while my buddy was in a 7mm neoprine dry suit :-)) The water was a little cool coming in, but warmed up quickly. A good product. I give it four stars. A product would really have to impress me to get five! :-)

My first pair of Tilos lasted 6 years, then one of the zippers would no longer stay up. No other problems & this isnt really a big deal, except my fin felt like it would come off. The Tilos price is great, so I feel I got my moneys worth.
Even after 150 dives, the Tilos never smelled bad and they dried fairly quickly. My husbands Scubapro booties are the very opposite. Plus the heel area on the new booties does a great job keeping my fins secure.

I bought the same size boot as my shoe size but it still felt a bit large on me, at least in the water. When Im walking around, they feel great. With my fins however, I have to tighten my fin straps really tight so I no longer feel like my feet are floating in the boots. After 2 dives, I can definitely still feel the chaffing from the fins around my ankles.

I ordered a size 11 for this boot... but the boot was way to large and had about 1" toe excess. Rather than mail it back and pay for the shipping I gave it to a friend that fit him perfectly and he is a size 13. It may have been labled an 11 but it was not even close.
Other than that the boot was very nice... too bad it didnt fit.

I am a size 9.5 in a womens shoe, and the size I got was a 9 mens. It is a little too big. I would recommend getting a size smaller. Also, I have big calves, and the zipper comes down a bit. I wish that there was a velcro piece to keep up the zipper. Other than that they have very good traction and are a decent boot.

I was very happy with these boots and thought I got a good deal on them. I took the advice from another reviewer and ordered a size smaller than my normal shoe size, and I was happy with the fit. The zipper didnt always stay all the way up, but that didnt cause me any problems.

I recently purchased the Tilos 3mm boot. It is more comfortable than others I have tried at the local dive shop AND is much less expensive. For the money, you cant beat it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, inexpensive boot.

these boots worked great in tropical waters even in conditions where there are cold upwellings. the soles worked fine for a rocky shore entry dive. easy zippered use. would recommend for lightweight travel boots.

I was really suprised how well I like these boots! They are really comforatble and the side zip makes it a snap to take them on and off. On a recent cold water dive, these kept my feet nice and warm.

They seem really nice, i have force fin deltas and you cant use too thick a boot with them, for the price they are great value, when these are worn out i shall buy more.
