I originally bought these to fit inside my flipper, which was a little large for me. They took up too much room for that, but my son and wife used them for that and they really protected their feet well from rubber chaffing of the flippers. I like these also when just playing in the water to protect the bottom of my feet. I would buy them again.

they work great under a 5 mm boot especially here at the Jersey shore in the winter.A must for any winter water activities.Special note when ordering choose 1 size smaller than your foot size, they run big
