Rating: Better than socks

I used these for 5 straight days(10 dives) and did not have any rubbing, blisters or any discomfort. They worked better than my wifes socks because I could walk on the beach and gravel with them without hurting my feet.

I think they are great boots. My son in law lost the ones I bought off ebay and I was willing to pay full price to replace them. I have diabetes and need a good water shoe to protect my feet in tropical beaches and water. I found a beach with urchins that are rather painful.

I bought two pairs of these, one for my wife, one for myself, at the recomendation of the salesman Bob. We took them to out trip to Cozumel, along with our open back fins. The shoes slipped right on regardless of being wet or dry, fit comfortably, and kept our fins in place. And the sole was perfect for the rocky beaches of Cozumel, which could definitely do some damage if one were barefoot or wairing a shoe with a lesser sole. I would highly recommend these shoes.

My husband and I purchased these boots several months ago anticipating a cruise vacation. We both wore them to hike up Dunns River Falls in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. They are the best water shoe I have ever used!! We also wore them to all the other beaches we went to . Very comfy, great traction. No worries at all. A+

The shoes upon receipt were in appearance quality and comfort at a glance. My bride of 38 years has breast cancer in her bones and walking is damaging to her feet when water walking, so I bought the most comfortalble shoe I could for her. A comfy low top booty (in my opinion low top boot = shoe) with enough style that you dont feel the need to rip it off as soon as you hit land. The construction of the shoe is also first rate, with the potentially troublesome heel and toes protected with a rubberized cap.

This is a very well constructed boot/shoe. It is very much like a water sock type shoe and I use it at the beach as well as in the water. It looks good to boot!
